BROWNIES STEAMED PANDANG
INGREDIENTS:
6 eggs
200 grams sugar
Vanilla powder to taste (to reduce egg smell)
a little salt
½ tsp emulsifier (SP / TBM / Ovalet)
125 grams of wheat protein flour is or all pourpose
50 grams of milk powder
175 ml cooking oil
100 grams of white cooking chocolate, melted

How to make/ DIRECTIONS:
1. Mix and sift flour and powdered milk. Set aside.
2. Mix the white cooking chocolate melted with oil. Add pandan paste, stir
