BROWNIES STEAMED
INGREDIENTS :
Egg 6 eggs
225 grams sugar
pasta Brown
Salt to taste
Emulsifier 1 teaspoon of tea
125 grams flour, sifted, mix with cocoa powder
50 grams of cocoa powder, sifted, mix with flour
Sweetened Condensed Milk (SKM) 75 ml
Cooking oil 175ml
Cooking Dark Chocolate 100 grams, melted, mixed with oil

How to make :
1. Beat eggs sugar, emulsifier, salt and brown pasta until fluffy and stiff.
2. Insert a mixture of flour and cocoa powder. Stir gently until blended.
3. Insert the oil mixture and chocolate that has melted, stir until blended.
4. Set aside a third of the dough, give the sweetened condensed milk and stir well.
